Software Engineer (AI Solutions)

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Software Application Development Engineer (AI Solutions) to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft AI technologies including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 to develop intelligent applications, AI agents, automation workflows, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering capabilities with hands-on experience in AI technologies and enterprise application integration. This role requires expertise in Microsoft cloud platforms, modern application development, AI solution design, API integrations, and enterprise governance. Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, AI agents, and automation solutions.
• Build business solutions using Microsoft AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into scalable software and AI solutions.
• Integrate enterprise systems such as SAP (FI/CO/MM/SD), Workday, and other MIS related business applications.
• Establish and maintain AI governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure secure, compliant, and responsible deployment of AI solutions across the organization.
• Promote AI adoption and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, etc.
• Experience in software development, process automation, or enterprise application development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

Preferred - Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with RAG architecture design.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
• Familiarity with DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Graph API as enterprise knowledge sources.
• Experience integrating external systems (ERP, HR, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) with Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Experience in AI governance, including AI security, data privacy, compliance, and the development of AI policies, standards, or governance frameworks.
• Microsoft Certifications are highly preferred: PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AI-102.
