The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Software Engineer to design, develop and improve internal software solutions that support business performance and operational efficiency.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of applications, APIs and system integrations, delivering secure, scalable and maintainable solutions that make a tangible difference. You’ll work closely with business analysts, project teams, ERP specialists and wider IT colleagues to solve technical challenges, automate processes and improve existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain internal applications, APIs and system integrations.
• Deliver automation and data exchange solutions that improve business processes.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Evaluate existing platforms and reduce unnecessary development and technical debt.
• Support business-critical applications and contribute to software development standards, security and documentation.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills and experience with modern development frameworks.
• Experience building and supporting APIs, integrations and data exchange solutions.
• An understanding of software architecture, testing and development best practices.
• The ability to manage projects end to end and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable: Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems, cloud technologies, automation tools, or distribution, manufacturing and logistics environments.
