About the Role

AccuFy AI is looking for an experienced Software Engineer – Applied AI with strong Python development skills and hands-on expertise in AI/ML technologies .

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant software product development experience , preferably in FinTech, TaxTech, SaaS, or technology-driven financial products .

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, backend frameworks, REST APIs, databases, application architecture, cloud technologies, AI/ML integrations, and production-ready application development .

The role requires someone who can independently take ownership of development responsibilities, solve complex technical problems, contribute to architecture decisions, review code, and mentor junior developers and vibe coders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile application backends.
• Build robust backend applications using Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI .
• Collaborate on frontend development and integrations using React.js where required.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services .
• Participate in system architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server .
• Design and develop rule engines based on applicable legal, tax, financial, and regulatory requirements for AccuFy AI products.
• Build scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective products by integrating APIs, LLMs, AI services, rule engines, databases, and other technology components .
• Write clean, secure, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop appropriate use cases, test cases, and validation scenarios for AccuFy AI products.
• Strengthen application functionality and code quality based on testing outcomes and product feedback.
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Manage application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and development activities in accordance with defined Agile/Sprint processes .
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, AI, business, and domain teams.
• Mentor and support junior developers and vibe coders.
• Contribute to AI, Machine Learning, LLM, Generative AI, and automation-based features across AccuFy AI products.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. or equivalent qualification
