About the Role

We're looking for an eager, curious apprentice to join our engineering team and build real software using modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and similar). You'll turn ideas into working features by describing what you want, guiding AI assistants, reviewing what they produce, and iterating quickly.

No prior professional experience is required. You'll be paired with experienced engineers who will teach you how to review, test, and ship code responsibly, so you grow from "prompting" into a well-rounded engineer.

What You'll Do

● Build and ship features, internal tools, and prototypes using AI coding assistants

● Write clear prompts and specifications that turn product ideas into working code

● Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and readability before it ships

● Test your work: run it, break it, fix it, and write basic automated tests

● Debug issues by reading errors, logs, and code, and by guiding AI tools toward fixes

● Use Git and GitHub for version control, branches, and pull requests

● Take part in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers

● Document what you build so teammates can use and maintain it

● Collaborate with designers, product, and other teammates to clarify requirements
