We are looking for Backend Software Engineers at different levels to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable software systems, backend services, and microservices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.
• Develop and enhance backend features using Go (Golang) and Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions involving application security and Kubernetes deployments.
• Improve and refactor existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Optimize Redis for caching and data storage.
• Work with message brokers and event-driven systems.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.
• Build monitoring and observability into systems to support effective debugging and issue resolution.
• Contribute to technical projects, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where applicable.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Senior Software Engineer (Backend) – Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience with a strongly typed programming language such as Go or Java.
• Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or Spanner.
• Strong knowledge of persistence layer design, database optimization, and concurrency handling.
• Proficiency with Kafka or RabbitMQ, including background task processing, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven systems.
• Proven experience developing well-architected APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of systems thinking, scalability, software quality, and maintainability.
• Experience with security architecture, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, manage deliverables, and align teams toward consistent outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Software Engineer (Backend) – Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Kafka.
• Understanding of advanced programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
• Experience with Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with highly scalable and highly available systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions.
