What they need
Develop and maintain backend applications using C#, .NET MVC/Core, and SQL Server.
Build and maintain APIs, fix bugs, conduct testing, and monitor system performance.
Work with frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, Razor, Blazor, React, and Next.js.
Use Entity Framework (Code First), Git/GitHub, cloud deployment, and DevOps workflows.
Apply secure coding, authentication, and security best practices.
Collaborate with users and development teams; prepare technical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science and 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Fintech/financial systems experience is a plus.
