Software Engineer (C# & React)

.NET Developer | £40–55k | Nottingham (3 days in office)

Imagine being given a completely greenfield project and being trusted to own it from start to finish.

Speaking to stakeholders, understanding their problems, gathering requirements and then building the solution yourself.

That's exactly what you could be doing here.

You'll be building new tools and applications used by lawyers every day, helping them work more efficiently and making a genuine difference to how they do their jobs.

And the best part?

You'll actually get to see people using what you've built.

Why this could be a great move:

• Genuine ownership of projects from initial idea through to delivery
• Greenfield development, building applications from scratch
• Direct access to stakeholders and the people using your work
• Opportunities to introduce AI and automation into legal processes
• A real say in technical decisions and how things are built

The tech:

You'll be working full stack with .NET and React, so you'll need to be comfortable across both, although a stronger back-end focus is absolutely fine.

They're also embracing AI, both within their products and as part of the development process.

The extras:

• 8% employer pension contribution
• Private healthcare
• Guranteed pay rise every year
• £50/month gym allowance
• Support towards buying your first home after 12 months (potentially worth up to 20% of your salary)

If you enjoy taking ownership, speaking to users and building things that genuinely make their working lives easier, I think you'll really enjoy this one.
