What they need
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in Japanese (Nihongo), both written and verbal (JLPT certification is an advantage).
- Any stack.
Preferred Qualifications
- JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
