Software Engineer (Carpark Systems)

Job Details:

• Location: Kallang
• Salary: $3500 - $4200
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• First year under 1 year contract, convertible to permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, improve, design and develop desktop application software for car parking related systems
• Develop and enhance software features to meet system and operational requirements
• Perform software testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability
• Analyse and resolve software issues and technical problems encountered during system operation
• Integrate software applications with hardware devices and related parking system components
• Collaborate with engineers and other teams to design and implement system improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, software specifications and development records

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of software development experience.
• Experience in React and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing backend applications using Node.js.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server, including writing SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
