• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive ECUs, ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Analysis and estimate customer requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Define software solutions and interfaces in collaboration with electronic team to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Develop software specifications and architectures, jointly with the electronics team for system-level coherence and scalability.
• Prepare essential test software and technical documentation, supporting validation, traceability, and compliance with development standards.
• Coordinate bug fixes, enhancements and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.
• Create and maintain software design documentation.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Extensive experience in C and C++ programming, with strong proficiency in embedded software development.
• Hands-on experience with ARM-based microcontrollers, including familiarity with Chinese domestic MCU platforms.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and experience in AUTOSAR-based software development is a strong advantage.
• Practical experience in automotive cybersecurity, including implementation in production-level projects.
• Proficient in BLDC algorithm development with hands-on experience in projects involving BLDC-related products
• Deep understanding of software development toolchains, processes, and testing methodologies, with proven experience in ASPICE-compliant development and the ability to guide developers in daily activities.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols and standards, such as CAN, LIN, UDS, Network Management (NM), Functional Safety (FuSa), Git, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with FreeRTOS, and solid understanding of concurrency and synchronization concepts.
• Strong track record of working in international teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues from Germany and India.
• Practical experience on UML tools, particularly Enterprise Architecture, will be preferred.
