About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web / mobile / backend application
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Perform unit testing.
• Ensure software meets performance, security, and quality standards
• Conduct code reviews and maintain proper documentation
• Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, Business Analyst and QA.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Provide technical support and continuous improvement suggestions

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer / Developer

• Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development

• Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)

• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows

• Experience in integrating RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages:

• Java / C# / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / PHP

• Experience with frameworks such as:

  • React / Angular / Vue
  • NET / Spring Boot / Node.js / Laravel

• Strong knowledge of:

  • RESTful APIs
  • Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • Version control (Git)

Additional Technical Advantages:

• Experience with Mobile App.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of microservices architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience in DevOps practices
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience with automated testing
• Exposure to Agile development environment
