Software Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Proficient in Programming, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, and SQL.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform design, coding, testing, and documentation activities for software development and maintenance.
• Develop software at all levels of the technology stack, including database, back-end logic, and user interfaces.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Produce accurate and detailed technical design specifications within the defined timelines.
• Create, prepare, and execute unit test plans to ensure software functionality and reliability.
• Test software products in controlled, real-world scenarios before deployment.
• Write efficient, well-documented code that meets established quality standards.
• Develop technical and installation documentation for internal use and distribution.
• Meet agreed productivity targets to deliver projects on budget, on schedule, and at the required quality level.
• Complete all necessary components, both software and non-software, as defined by project timelines.

Essential Requirements:

• Proficient as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in ERP systems, ERD, and database management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including core modules and continuous enhancements.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective support and training to team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile frameworks.
