To strengthen our Excellence Hub in Pilsen, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Finance & Corporate Services team.

Software Engineer

Your responsibilities:
Planning, designing, and developing IT solutions in the areas of accounting, finance, and controlling, with a focus on SAP FI/CO

Gathering and evaluating customer requirements regarding technical feasibility (demand management)

Advising customers on technical development, the implementation of new technologies, and IT-supported process optimization

Implementing, testing, further developing, and maintaining applications in the finance/controlling area, with a focus on FI/CO

Providing international third-level support and operating SAP applications

Project management and participation, including technical supervision of project staff, as well as monitoring project progress and costs

Managing external service providers for development and support tasks

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field

Strong knowledge of business administration

Experience with the SAP FI and CO modules

Knowledge of SAP technologies such as ABAP/4, ABAP OO, and SAP FIORI is desirable

Experience in business consulting, demand management, and service provider management

Very good written and spoken English skills

Customer focus, a team-oriented approach, and strong communication skills with internal and external partners

High degree of flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
