Role and Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Ownership: Drive end-to-end development across our web platforms (React), mobile applications (React Native), and backend services (Golang and PHP).
• Engineering Excellence: Be a major contributor to not just building the product, but deciding how it is built to high-quality standards.
• System Design: Apply knowledge of modern architecture frameworks to define scalable, high-performance systems handling complex B2B supply chain operations.
• End-to-End Problem Solving: Own problems from user experience on mobile/web down to data models, operability, and ongoing database metrics.
• Quality Execution: Take ownership of technical designs, code development, and automated test execution to ensure your code works before it ever reaches QA.

General Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
• A can-do attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in agile squads.
• Quality-First Mindset: You know how to write testable code and actively practice Unit, Integration, and UI Automated testing (TDD experience is highly valued).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a strict adherence to the "Definition of Done."
• Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
• This position is open to Thai nationals only.

Experience and Technology skills

• Backend: Strong proficiency in Golang for building robust, concurrent RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Frontend & Mobile: Proven experience building complex, responsive web applications with React.js / Typescript and cross-platform mobile apps with React Native.
• Database: Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and querying (SQL and NoSQL).
• Foundations: Deep understanding of the modern frontend stack (HTML5, CSS3) beyond just using frameworks.
• Engineering Practices: Experience with Git and common software design patterns.
