Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 2+ years of professional experience to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core, APIs, databases, microservices, and cloud platforms, along with strong software development fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications, services, and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party API services.
• Work with .NET/.NET Core and microservices-based architectures.
• Design and work with relational and non-relational databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Use version control systems and follow established coding and development practices.
• Support application deployment and contribute to improving system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer/Developer.
• Bachelors or Maters degree in Software Engineer, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or relevant field.
• Strong programming experience with .NET/.NET Core.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend application development.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Basic understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and ability to work effectively within a development team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based application deployment.
• Experience with Docker/containerized applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating multiple applications, services, and APIs.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
