I'm a U.S. business owner building OsEzy.com, a SaaS platform based on problems I've experienced running automotive businesses.

I'm looking for a smart, resourceful software engineer in Panama who wants to grow with an early-stage company.

You do not need to know everything. I care more about how you think, learn, debug and take ownership.

What You'll Work On

• SaaS development
• Frontend or backend engineering
• PostgreSQL / Supabase
• APIs
• Authentication and security
• Testing and debugging
• Git/GitHub
• AI-assisted development using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude and similar tools
• Automation and performance improvements

You do not need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. Tell me where you're strongest.

• Understanding the code you write
• Using AI intelligently, not blindly

Bonus experience: Supabase, Vercel, SaaS, SEO, Google Business Profile or automotive software.
