Position Overview

An Engineering Intern will provide design, testing, and data analysis to support the launch of Ridgetop

Group products that will be utilized by customers across the globe. The position will be responsible for

performing lab testing and characterization exercises, including basic engineering tasks related to product

evaluation, design, analysis, test, integration, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and testing Ridgetop products, services, and documentation

• Automating test equipment and processes

• Performing data analytics and summarizing test results

• Troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and software components of Ridgetop products

• Updating engineering and user documentation

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an Engineering Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of

experience working in a lab/testing environment

• Familiarity with electronic measurement instruments

• Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g. Solidworks, Eagle, LabView, Ultiboard,

Multisim, etc.)

• Familiarity with MS Office tools

• Understanding of analog and digital circuit topologies and functions

• Good communications skills both written and verbal

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

The Part-Time Intern Position is expected to maintain 20-30 hours per week or as agreed upon by

management.

Benefits and Compensation

Part-Time Employees are exempt from benefits, but there is potential for this position to transition into

Full-Time Employment. For Full-Time Employees the Company offers a competitive salary and

fund. Compensation is DOE.
