1. Software Engineer (AI Solution) 1 Position

Job Responsibility:

• AI Service Development : Develop AI application services, APIs, and integration layers that consume LLMs, ML models, and advanced retrieval services to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
• Front-end Innovation : Design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces and conversational AI experiences (Chatbots / AI Assistants) for industrial environments, from UX wireframes to production code.
• GenAI Implementation : Implement advanced GenAI patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, and streaming UI responses.
• Industrial Integration : Integrate AI applications with factory platform components including real-time event streams, production databases, IoT data, and enterprise ERP/MES.
• Engineering Excellence : Apply production-grade practices end-to-end - high code quality, unit/integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, and secret management.
• AI Guardrails & Safety : Implement safety layers including PDPA, content filters, output validation, and safe rendering of AI-generated content.
• Observability & Monitoring : Build observability into every service - structured logging, metrics, tracing, token/latency telemetry, and front-end performance monitoring.
• Operational Support : Contribute to runbooks, support playbooks, and the stabilization period after go-live to ensure a seamless transition to production.
• Collaborative Development : Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize models and prompts, and join incident troubleshooting for continuous improvement.
• Learning & Knowledge Sharing : Grow with the team through code reviews, tech talks, and internal knowledge sharing, bringing new GenAI techniques into daily work.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• New graduates are welcome - 0-3 years of experience. Internships, co-op programs, academic or personal projects, and open-source contributions count as relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of NodeJS / ElysiaJS / TypeScript / PrismaORM / AlembicORM / (FastAPI), AutoML as the primary stack, with Python as a secondary language, and willingness to deepen both on the job.
• Familiarity with a modern front-end framework (NextJS, ReactJS), HTML/CSS, and component-based architecture.
• Exposure to REST APIs, Git, CI/CD Pipelines (Gitlab), Docker, Kubernetes and Automated Testing (Sonarqube) - through work, coursework, or personal projects.
• Basic familiarity with LLM concepts: Prompt Design, RAG, Embeddings/Vector Search, MCP and Function Calling. Professional experience is not required.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and safe handling of sensitive data.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Service (AWS).
• Experience or strong interest in manufacturing, electronics, or other highly regulated industrial environments is a plus.
• Eager to learn, good communication skills, and comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum team.

1. System Engineer (Machine Vision Engineer) 1 Position

Job Responsibility:

• Machine Vision Development : Develop machine vision detection applications for the production line to detect part missing, incomplete assembly, wrong assembly, and other defects, covering image capture, lighting, and inspection logic.
• AI Model Development : Develop high-performance AI models (CNNs, YOLO, Transformers/ViTs, anomaly detection) for defect detection, classification, and inspection use cases.
• Motion Detection & Operation Protection : Develop AI motion detection solutions that monitor operator actions against the work instruction and protect the line from wrong operation.
• Image Data Engineering : Build and maintain image data pipelines - data capture, labeling, augmentation, dataset versioning, and quality control of training and validation data.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization : Own model evaluation and performance optimization - accuracy, false call and escape rate, inference speed, model compression, and edge/GPU acceleration.
• API & Deployment : Build and deploy scalable AI inference APIs (FastAPI / Flask) with Docker, and deploy models to on-prem or cloud environments (AWS).
• Production Integration : Integrate AI into production systems - industrial cameras, PLC/equipment triggers, reject handling, and factory platforms such as production databases, IoT data, and ERP/MES.
• Solution Design & Presales Support : Bridge business and technology through solution design, feasibility study, proof of concept, presales support, and system integration with internal users and vendors.
• Operational Support : Contribute to runbooks, monitoring, model retraining and drift management, and the stabilization period after go-live to ensure a seamless transition to production.
• Learning & Knowledge Sharing : Grow with the team through code reviews, tech talks, and internal knowledge sharing, bringing new AI and machine vision techniques into daily work.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Software Engineering,  Mechanical Engineer, Information Technology, or a related field.
• New graduates are welcome - 0-3 years' experience in AI/ML, computer vision, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experienced in building scalable AI inference APIs, with strong expertise in PyTorch / TensorFlow (CNNs, ViTs, metric learning) and transactional data.
• Proven experience in AI solution development, machine vision capture knowledge, computer vision, image processing, and machine learning model deployment.
• Strong expertise in computer vision techniques (e.g., pose estimation, object tracking, video analytics) and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Skilled in model evaluation, image data engineering, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in C++, C#, Python, VSCode, SQL, and data processing pipelines.
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask), Docker, and cloud/on-prem deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on exposure to industrial cameras, lens and lighting selection, and edge inference devices is a plus.
• Eager to learn, good communication skills, and comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum team.
