Duties

• Develop and enhance web applications using JavaScript frameworks and Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange across systems.
• Architect scalable microservices architectures aligned with best practices in system design for system development.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver iterative features, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Integrate cloud infrastructure services such as AWS or Azure to optimize application deployment, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code using version control tools like GitHub, SVN, or Git, adhering to established software design patterns.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging across multiple programming languages including Java, C#, Python, C++, and VBA to ensure software quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development with a strong foundation in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or C++.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with web development frameworks including React Express or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and system design for system development.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server; experience with SQL queries and database optimization is preferred.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments utilizing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles including design patterns, scalability strategies, version control (Git), and security best practices such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
