Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software solutions and system integrations that support retail operations, ensuring seamless connectivity across stores, sales, inventory, ERP, POS, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain software applications supporting retail operations.
2. Build and manage integrations between ERP, POS, e-commerce, inventory, payment, and other business systems .
3. Ensure accurate and seamless data flow between physical stores and central systems.
4. Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations.
5. Troubleshoot software issues, system errors, and integration failures.
6. Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other departments to deliver technical solutions.
7. Support system setup and integrations for new store openings.
8. Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and automation.
9. Monitor applications and resolve technical issues affecting business operations.
10. Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and implementation of new systems and features.
11. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
12. Maintain technical documentation and follow software development and security best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in software development and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend development .
• Experience with ERP, POS, e-commerce, or retail systems is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
