IT & AI Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT & AI Specialist to join our company. The ideal candidate should have strong general IT knowledge along with hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, and modern business technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT requirements while also identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and streamline business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, email, and other IT systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and update software and hardware.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
• Manage company email accounts, user access, backups, data security, and basic cybersecurity.
• Work with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Identify repetitive office processes that can be improved or automated using AI.
• Develop and implement AI-powered workflows and business automation.
• Automate tasks involving Excel, reports, documents, emails, data entry, and administrative processes.
• Integrate AI tools with existing company systems where practical.
• Research and recommend new AI/software solutions that can improve company operations.
• Assist departments in adopting AI tools effectively and securely.
• Create internal AI prompts, templates, workflows, and documentation.
• Train employees on the effective use of AI and new technology.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, passwords/access procedures, software licenses, and equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT/software vendors when required.
• Support website, cloud systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and other business applications where applicable.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with AI tools and AI-based automation is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of APIs, Python, databases, or scripting will be an additional advantage.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access control, and data protection.
• Ability to independently research and implement new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to explain technical and AI concepts to non-technical employees.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who do more than traditional IT support. The successful candidate should be able to understand our existing business processes and recommend how AI and automation can save time, reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and increase overall efficiency.

Candidates with practical examples of previous AI projects, automations, integrations, chatbots, reporting systems, or workflow improvements are strongly encouraged to apply.
