- Our software engineers have a strong appetite for innovation, new technologies, and AI, both in how we accelerate engineering and in how we create smarter, more valuable experiences for our customers
- We encourage curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, giving our teams the opportunity to solve complex challenges at scale- Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones
- We place great value on technical excellence and a drive for continuous learning
- Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experienced Software Engineers with one of the following technologies – Java, Python, C++ or C#
