Software Engineer

What if the code you wrote every day made a tangible difference to someone’s life?

I'm partnering with an ambitious, venture-backed healthcare startup tackling two big challenges: strengthening America's blood supply and making preventative health insights more accessible.

They're rethinking the incentives around blood donation, using technology and personal health data to encourage more people to donate and take a proactive approach to their health.

The opportunity

Join an early-stage team building foundational technology in a huge healthcare market. You'll own features end-to-end, shape product decisions, and build polished, high-performance experiences using React, TypeScript and modern frameworks - with AI playing a key role in how the team develops and ships.

Who should take a look?

An engineer with 3+ years of experience who loves building from 0→1, sweats the details of UX and performance, and thrives in a scrappy, product-led environment. Experience with Node.js , React, TypeScript, Next.js or Tailwind is valuable, as is an interest in healthcare or personal health optimization.

Why consider it?

• Join a venture-backed startup addressing a huge healthcare market opportunity.
• Take real ownership and help shape the technical direction of the product.
• Competitive salary and equity package.
• Opportunity to change the lives of Americans for the better

The bigger picture? Helping reshape preventative healthcare while making a meaningful contribution to the national blood supply.
