Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting enterprise systems using in C# and .NET.
- Minimum 3 years of technical leadership, with strong architecture and solution design capability.
- In-depth Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including query writing, debugging and tuning.
- Well versed in Scrum/Agile delivery and familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong ownership and clear communication with engineers and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC tools and ways of working.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
