Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead the technical vision and innovation for retrieval systems powering AI-driven shopping experiences.

• Design and build scalable, high-performance retrieval infrastructure to serve millions of customers.

• Own features end-to-end, from conception through design, implementation, and production deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.

• Build LLM-based retrieval workflows and content generation pipelines.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software programming language.

• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems.

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
