Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications based on business requirements.
2. Design and implement REST APIs.
3. Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal systems.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
5. Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other Software Engineers.
7. Help improve application performance, reliability, and security.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer.
2. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software engineering principles.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages. Go and JavaScript are preferred.
4. Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and authorization.
5. Understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
6. Understanding of clean code principles, modularity, error handling, and software testing.
7. Ability to debug and analyze problems systematically.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

1. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
2. Understanding of CI/CD practices.
3. Experience with Redis, message queues, or asynchronous processing.
4. Understanding of observability concepts, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
5. Experience building scalable and highly available systems.
6. Understanding of basic application security practices, including OWASP, API security, and secrets management.
