Essential Skills

• 5+ years with Go (Golang)
• Deep understanding of concurrency and practical multithreading patterns
• Knowledge of distributed systems, caching strategies and SQL databases
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures and API gateways
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, performance and system design.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Design, build and maintain core backend services using Go
• Develop the LLM gateway (intelligent routing, failover, load balancing and observability)
• Architect scalable systems using Kubernetes, distributed caching and multiple SQL databases
• Work directly with the founders to define technical strategy and make high-impact product decisions
• Take ownership of engineering challenges from initial design through implementation and production
