Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications?

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend development, database management, API integration, and cloud technologies, with the ability to deliver reliable solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and applications using PHP 8.x and Laravel 12 or above.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Manage relational databases using MySQL, including data management, query optimization, and performance improvement.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using TypeScript.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend APIs.

Application Quality, Security & Performance

• Follow industry best practices to develop secure, reliable, and maintainable applications.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and system reliability.
• Identify and minimize software defects, errors, and unnecessary rework.

AI-Assisted Development & Application Support

• Use prompt engineering and AI coding agents, such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, to develop, modify, and troubleshoot applications while meeting agreed deadlines and coding standards.
• Handle application support requests, identify new requirements and change requests, and implement suitable solutions using AI-assisted development where appropriate.
• Review, test, and validate AI-generated code to ensure security, accuracy, and maintainability.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with Project Managers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in requirement analysis, Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documentation, and technical specification development.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, API documentation, and development workflows.
• Use Git for version control and effective team collaboration.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP 8.x and Laravel 12 or above.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Practical experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, relational database design, and query optimization.
• Good knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
• Knowledge of requirement analysis, SRS documentation, and technical specification creation.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI coding agents, with the ability to review and validate AI-generated code.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications in PHP, Laravel, React.js, TypeScript, or cloud technologies will be an added advantage
