As a Software Engineer - Core Insurance System, you will join a mature, internationally distributed insurance environment supporting and enhancing core applications powered by the DXC GraphTalk policy administration platform. You will design and maintain solutions across Life Insurance, Protection, and Savings products, translating business requirements into scalable technology while helping ensure critical systems remain stable, compliant, and ready to evolve. The Qualifications We Seek

GraphTalk and Development Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant software development experience
• Hands-on experience with DXC GraphTalk is required
• Experience working with core insurance systems
• Experience working within enterprise application environments

Insurance Domain Knowledge

• Exposure to one or more of the following insurance areas: Life Insurance, Protection Products, Savings Products, Policy Administration
• Understanding of insurance business processes and policy lifecycle management

Technical and Professional Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and international team environment

Your Daily Tasks

Core Insurance Development

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the DXC GraphTalk platform
• Support core insurance processes across Life, Protection, and Savings products
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Configure and customize insurance products, business rules, and workflows

Integration and Collaboration

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional development teams
• Support application integrations and data exchange between internal and external systems

Testing, Support, and Optimization

• Participate in system testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions comply with business, regulatory, and technical standards
