We are looking for a focused and efficient Software Engineer proficient in Core PHP, secure database handling (PDO), and modern JavaScript (ES6) to drive a time-sensitive development project. This is a fast-paced, part-time contractual role designed for developers who can deliver clean, functional code and meet strict deadlines.

Requirements

Technical Requirements

Backend: Strong hands-on experience with Core PHP. Must strictly use PHP Data Objects (PDO) for secure, prepared-statement database interactions.

Database: Proficiency in MySQL, including schema design, relational queries, and optimization.

Frontend: Solid grasp of modern JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and asynchronous requests (Fetch/AJAX).

Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code within tight turnarounds.

Contract Details & Compensation

Base Remuneration: ₹6,000 to ₹7,500 per month.

Contract Duration: Initial 1-month contract, with a 1-month renewal option (if applied and mutually agreed).

Incentive Bonus: An additional ₹2,000 incentive during the final month’s settlement, subject to meeting performance criteria.

Learning & Development: Upon successful milestones, you may receive access to 2 premium Udemy courses, plus a formal Certification of Completion from Aethereal Logic Technologies.

Long-Term Prospect: Opportunity to be absorbed as a Permanent Employee with a 10% to 25% salary hike, contingent upon outstanding performance and ongoing project requirements.

Performance Expectations & Milestones

This project operates on an aggressive timeline. You are expected to manage your 20-hour work week highly effectively to meet the following targets:

Primary Goal: 100% of core development completed within the 1st month.

Baseline Expectation: At a minimum, 85% of development coupled with complete testing must be finalized by the end of the first month.

Mutual Commitment Clause

To ensure project stability and respect for both parties' time, this contract includes a strict liability clause:

If the contract is broken or abandoned prematurely by either party without mutual consent, the defaulting party shall be liable to pay a penalty of ₹5,000 INR to the other party.
