Software Engineer - CTJ - Poly

Cisco Systems is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, solving complex technical challenges, and building reliable applications that support networking, security, and enterprise technology products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code
• Test and debug software to improve quality and performance

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Troubleshoot software defects and production issues
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with programming languages and software development tools
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Familiarity with testing, debugging, and version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
