Software Engineer – Distributed Systems & Trading Platform

Build and scale distributed research and trading platforms, partnering with quantitative researchers to solve complex technical challenges, process large datasets, and accelerate innovation across global markets.

What You'll Do:

Join a core technology team responsible for building and improving the platforms that support quantitative research and trading. You’ll work closely with researchers to develop new research infrastructure while partnering with fellow technologists to improve the scalability and performance of production systems.

Your work will directly enhance the productivity of the wider team, helping support expansion into new markets and increasingly sophisticated research initiatives.

About You:

You’re an experienced Software Engineer with5+ years of professional Python development experience , particularly within large distributed systems.

You have strong Linux experience, a proven ability to work with large datasets, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You’re naturally curious, comfortable tackling difficult technical challenges, and capable of taking ownership of projects independently.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Most importantly, you’re passionate about software development and enjoy working in fast-paced environments where challenging problems require thoughtful, practical solutions.
