Software Engineer (ERP)

We are looking for an ERP Software Engineer to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya.

You will be involved in the development, customisation, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with consultants and clients to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

🧠What We're Looking For

For Experienced Candidates

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. (D365 SCM) is highly preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in other ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, Infor, or similar enterprise solutions are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in developing, customising, integrating, or supporting ERP or enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support business operations, such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
• Programming knowledge in C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or related technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Fresh Graduates Are Welcome to Apply

• Good foundation in C# and .NET
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in learning ERP systems and business processes
• Willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies

General Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage and may be helpful when working with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Good teamwork and willingness to continuously learn
• Immediate starters are preferred
• Open to Malaysian citizens only

• Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other applications or systems
• Work closely with consultants and clients to understand business and system requirements
• Translate functional requirements and business processes into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to testing and deployment
• Enhance and optimise existing ERP solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and support system implementation
