Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer with hands-on ERP integration experience to design, build, and maintain software solutions across our product and integration ecosystem. This role will work closely with product, implementation, and leadership teams to develop backend services, APIs, ERP connectors, automation workflows, and customer-facing platform capabilities.

We are open to candidates based in the United States or Argentina. This is a hybrid but mostly remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend systems, and integration components.
• Contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

ERP Integration & Platform Development

• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, QAD, or similar platforms.
• Develop data sync, transformation, and mapping logic between ERP systems and internal platforms.
• Support invoice processing, accounts payable automation, and other finance workflow integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Support product enhancements and custom integration requirements for clients.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, project managers, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Help improve CI/CD processes, development workflows, and release practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve system scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Direct experience integrating with one or more ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, QAD, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with system integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), modern development workflows, and version control.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable automation, invoice processing, or finance workflow systems.
• Familiarity with integration middleware or platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Celigo).
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in SaaS, AI, automation, or workflow-driven products.
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools or agentic automation workflows.
• Exposure to customer-facing implementation or integration work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
