Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer specializing in Flutter or iOS development to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong mobile application development experience, a solid understanding of mobile architecture, and the ability to build high-quality, responsive, and scalable applications. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter or native iOS technologies.
• Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces based on Figma designs and UI/UX specifications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and external services into mobile applications.
• Implement appropriate state management solutions and scalable mobile application architecture.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure performance, stability, and a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, bug fixing, and technical discussions.
• Support application deployment, App Store and Google Play Store releases, and post-release maintenance.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of overall relevant software development experience, with at least 2 years of professional Flutter development experience for Flutter-focused candidates.
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile application development fundamentals.
• For native iOS-focused candidates, strong proficiency in Swift, iOS SDK, and relevant Apple development tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one state management solution, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, testing, and application stability.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Experience with application publishing, release management, and post-release support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on professional Flutter development experience for Flutter applicants.
• Strong command of the relevant mobile development technology stack.
• Practical experience implementing state management and sound application architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
• Proven ownership of assigned tasks with consistent, on-time delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on production-level mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Knowledge of app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and application security best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
