Position overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Software Engineers and Full-Stack Developers who enjoy programming, solving problems, and learning new technologies.

We have opportunities for:

• Software Engineer / Team Member: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead: Candidates with 3–6 years of experience who can take ownership of development tasks and guide team members.

Candidates should have a sound programming foundation, a willingness to work across different technologies, and an interest in building reliable, scalable software applications.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with possible assignments at our Andheri office depending on project requirements.

Work arrangement: Work from Office (WFO) only. Remote work and remote training are not available. Candidates must be able to commute to Mumbai/Navi Mumbai offices or arrange their own accommodation.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and software solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Work with programming languages such as C#, Java, and PHP, depending on project requirements.
• Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Work with SQL and relational databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
• Integrate application components, APIs, and third-party services as required.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into working software.
• Learn and adopt new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools when required.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver customer projects on time.

For experienced candidates, responsibilities may also include task planning, code reviews, technical guidance, and coordinating development activities.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience in at least two relevant programming or web development technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and database queries.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development fundamentals.
• Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and work on different types of projects.
• Good communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and a responsible approach to assigned work.

Fresh graduates with a strong programming foundation and a genuine interest in software development are encouraged to apply.

Employment details

• Job type: Full-time; internship opportunities may also be available.
• Experience: 0–2 years for team-member roles; approximately 3–6 years for senior/team-lead roles.
• Work location: In person, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
• Joining: Immediate or as early as mutually feasible.
• Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 — pay period to be confirmed before publication.
