Role Overview

• Contribute to LLM training and evaluation workflows by developing, testing, and validating full-stack software tasks and real-world coding scenarios.
• Build and modify frontend and backend applications, APIs, databases, and integrations used in AI coding and software-engineering workflows.
• Review, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code , identifying functional, architectural, performance, and security issues.
• Create high-quality coding tasks, solutions, test cases, and technical feedback to improve LLM coding capabilities and software-engineering reasoning .

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering with strong hands-on development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies , with experience across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, Git, testing, debugging, system design, and cloud-based application development .
