Profile Description

• Senior AI Engineer with a Full-Stack focus on applied AI, responsible for evolving an internal platform from beta to a complete enterprise solution.
• Specialized in developing AI agents and RAG architectures using APIs and development tools.
• Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript, and Azure, including enterprise data source integrations through Microsoft Graph/Entra ID and workflow automation with Jira Service Management.
• Ability to take end-to-end technical ownership, make implementation decisions, and develop secure, scalable solutions with observability and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with autonomy, initiative, and the ability to align technical and business teams, communicate decisions and risks, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Activities

• Design and implement agents that use tools and perform business actions with defined permissions and controls.
• Build data ingestion and indexing pipelines for RAG using SharePoint and Confluence, integrating Microsoft Graph while respecting access permissions.
• Integrate Jira Service Management into the chat to manage tickets and automate support workflows.
• Develop the conversational interface using React/Next.js, along with APIs and backend logic using Node.js/TypeScript.
• Implement authentication and authorization with Entra ID to protect access to data and agent actions.
• Define and execute quality tests for RAG responses, tool usage, and agent behavior.
• Deploy the solution on Azure using CI/CD and implement observability for errors, latency, and AI usage.
• Guide technical decisions and prioritize improvements, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Communicate progress, technical decisions, and potential blockers clearly and proactively, enabling effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive independent problem-solving and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions address business needs and deliver measurable value.
