Reports To: Senior Director, Support Systems Tools Integration

Responsibilities

• Support the development of modern customer support applications and enterprise integrations.

• Increase engineering capability in Node.js and React.js while supporting our long-term platform modernisation strategy.

• Accelerate delivery of customer-facing capabilities through reusable APIs and scalable applications.

• Reduce dependency on platform-specific customisations by building integration-first services.

• Improve engineering productivity through adoption of modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling.
