Software Engineer (Go and Java)

For one of our clients we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Go and Java to design, build, and secure enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. The role will focus on software supply chain security and embedding secure development practices across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using Go and Java.
• Build scalable and secure applications based on cloud-native architectures.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to system design and technical strategy.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies.
• Implement and manage security controls for software dependencies, build systems, and deployment processes that drives the adoption of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), dependency management, and artifact integrity controls.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to build solutions that mitigate vulnerabilities in open-source components.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with Go and Java .
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and software design patterns .
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and software supply chain security
