Software Engineer II, Monetization Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer II, Monetization Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will focus on building full-stack product experiences and backend capabilities that support revenue-related functionality in a consumer-facing environment. You will partner closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to shape features from concept through release. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives that improve functionality, quality, and user experience across the platform.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,696 – $254,667 annually

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features for consumer-facing applications
• Lead the product development process from ideation to release
• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end functionality
• Propose new product ideas and features from a user perspective
• Use automated testing to help ensure high-quality feature development
• Contribute to a variety of high-impact projects with cross-functional peers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-stack or backend development experience in consumer or business-facing products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in backend and frontend tech stacks such as JavaScript, React, and APIs
• Experience writing reliable and maintainable code
• Ability to stay current with new technologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
