Software Engineer II- QA

Role Description Job Summary We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through test planning, execution, automation development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases for web applications.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate APIs and database transactions.
• Report, track, and verify defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of QA experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with any Automation Framework.( good to have Playwright experience).
• Experience with API Testing (Postman).
• Good understanding of SQL and database validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Retail/Store Technology domain experience (POS, Inventory, Ordering etc.).
