Software Engineer Intern (Path to Full Time)

About Humalogue

Humalogue is a US based AI voice agent company operating from Islamabad. Our AI agents handle outbound calls for call centers in the US healthcare, insurance, and real estate markets.

The Role

You will work alongside our AI and integration engineers on a live production system. This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. You will ship real code, debug real calls, and learn how voice AI works at scale. Strong performers will be offered a full time position.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain Python (FastAPI) services that power our AI voice agents
• Help integrate our bots with client dialers (VICIdial, Asterisk, SIP)
• Work with speech to text, LLMs, and text to speech in real time call flows
• Monitor live campaigns, review call recordings, and fix issues fast
• Write scripts and tools that automate testing and QA
• Support client integrations during US calling hours

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate or final year student in CS, SE, or a related field
• Solid Python fundamentals
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and Linux basics
• Curious about AI, LLMs, and voice technology
• Fast learner who takes ownership and stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable working the night shift onsite in Islamabad

Nice to Have

• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, or AWS
• Exposure to VoIP, Asterisk, or call center systems
• Personal projects using OpenAI, Whisper, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
