Software Engineer, iOS

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer, iOS to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on building and enhancing mobile experiences that drive user engagement and support the company’s growth objectives. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver polished iOS features from concept through release. The position also involves improving performance, maintaining code quality, and contributing to a collaborative mobile development environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality iOS applications that enhance user engagement
• Write clean and maintainable code using Swift and SwiftUI
• Collaborate across teams to create features from concept to launch
• Integrate APIs and optimize application performance
• Monitor app performance and implement improvements based on analytics
• Engage in code reviews and maintain quality standards
• Stay updated on modern tools and trends in iOS development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a suitable mix of education and experience
• At least 1 year of experience with iOS applications in Swift
• Familiarity with architecture patterns like MVC or MVVM and design principles
• Understanding of API integration and data persistence
• Willingness to learn CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Strong attention to detail for clean, maintainable code
• Effective communication and a collaborative approach to mobile development
