Key Responsibilities

Architecting, owning, and delivering complex, multi-quarter projects end-to-end defining and driving the technical vision for your domain.

• Identifying and resolving architectural bottlenecks, scaling core systems, and strengthening performance, resilience, and reliability.
• Collaborating with product, design, and business leaders to convert ambiguous, high-level goals into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Championing operational excellence, improving monitoring, alerting, incident response, and system-wide reliability practices.
• Mentoring L1 and L2 engineers, writing high-quality design documents, leading code reviews, and raising the engineering bar across the team.
