Project Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer Lead to support the scaling of AI assets and the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation products. The role focuses on backend and frontend development, integration of LLMs and agentic architectures, and the implementation of scalable AI-powered applications within cloud environments.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python.

• Integrate backend services with LLMs, agents, and RAG frameworks.

• Build intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using React.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered applications and solutions.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of RAG products and AI asset scalability initiatives.

• Work with emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic architectures, and application integrations.

• Support deployment, optimization, and operationalization of AI models and software components in AWS and Azure environments.

• Produce technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, and operational procedures.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and risk mitigation activities.

Experience Required

Mandatory

• Proven experience in full stack development using Python for backend development and React for frontend development.

• Strong expertise in Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and related AI/ML concepts.

• Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.

• Familiarity with Docker, orchestration, and deployment tools.

• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain.

• Experience with AI model deployment and optimization.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• English mandatory.

Preferred

• Hands-on expertise with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.

• Experience with Node.js.

• Experience with agentic architectures and AI application integrations.
