Software Engineer (Mid Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer (Mid Level) to be the backbone of our post-launch operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and client satisfaction—handling software maintenance (MA), troubleshooting complex issues, and communicating solutions directly to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing software systems, identifying and resolving bugs or performance issues during the maintenance phase.
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients, translating technical jargon into clear updates and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
• Independently prioritize incoming tickets and tasks based on urgency and impact without needing constant supervision.
• Deep dive into the codebase to identify root causes and implement robust fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain clear logs of issues resolved and update technical documentation to help the team move faster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Skilled in both NextJS and NestJS. (Must!)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients.
• Highly organized with a "Self-Managed" mindset; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
