Software Engineer (Mid-Senior)

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to build scalable data collection solutions and deliver custom datasets for client projects. You will use Python or Go and AI-assisted development tools, taking ownership from initial requirements through to delivery.

What you’ll do

• Build scalable crawlers, scrapers, and parsers handling millions of requests.
• Own client projects from requirements to dataset delivery.
• Write reusable Python or Go code using AI-assisted development tools.
• Integrate scraping solutions with databases and data pipelines.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and adapt solutions as requirements evolve.

Technology stack - Python, Go, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, GCP, Playwright, Camoufox, Airflow, Claude Code.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python or Go, or substantial web scraping expertise.

• Knowledge of web scraping, parsing, and headless browsers.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar databases.

• Practical experience with AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.

• Independent ownership, clear communication, and a pragmatic approach to delivery.

• Nice to have - experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Airflow, Dagster, or Spark, alongside familiarity with Playwright, Camoufox, or cloud infrastructure.

Salary:

• For employees: 4500 EUR to 6 500 EUR monthly (gross).
• For contractors: 38 EUR to 42 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
