What You’ll Do

• Build and scale backend systems using .NET
• Work on AI agent tooling, prompt engineering & evaluation frameworks
• Develop advanced data pipelines for intelligent product features
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems
• Collaborate across teams to solve critical product challenges
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis
• Solid understanding of data structures & algorithms
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or AI agents
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
