Role Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities.
- Fix bugs, implement features, and refactor code for performance optimization.
- Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification solutions.
- Measure MCP tool use and software engineering ability accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
- Experience in debugging complex software issues.
- Background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
- Ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
